Accepted Methods of Payment
Payment may be made by Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard debit and credit cards or using the PayPal system. You must select the method of payment at the end of the process, once you reach the checkout.
You must immediately inform Naëlle of the fraudulent use of a credit card at our online store by contacting our Customer Service Department, so we can carry out the necessary actions.
My Card has been Declined
Check that all the details you have entered are correct. You should also check the card expiry date. Remember that some bank cards may not be used for online payments and that many cards have a spending limit which, once exceeded, blocks all further purchases. Contact your bank for help or try using another card.
Moreover, for anti-fraud security reasons, we do not accept credit cards from certain countries to which we do not deliver our online store merchandise. For further information on this issue, please contact us.
Invoices with my Company’s Details
When we ask you for your billing details during the buying process, you will see a box that you should tick if you require an invoice. If this is the case, you should fill in all the details requested for the company you wish the invoice to be issued to. The invoice may be downloaded in pdf format from the ‘My account’ section.

The data are transferred using an encrypted SSL format. Remember too that the Naëlle online store does not save your bank details under any circumstances, as it has no access to them at any time: payment is made directly via a bank gateway.
